Online Rental Payments Coming Soon to ApplyConnect®!

SHARE:

We’re proud to announce ApplyConnect.com will be adding online rental payments to our suite of free property management features! In partnership with Payrent.com, this upcoming enhancement will enable you to accept online rental payments from your tenants straight through ApplyConnect®.

Once you enroll (which only takes a couple of minutes), you can add your renter’s email address to the system, and an invitation to pay rent online will be sent to your tenants. From there renters will have the option to set up a payment via an ACH bank transfer, using their debit or credit card. After a payment you will be notified by email and the money will be directly deposited into your bank account. Just like ApplyConnect®’s tenant screening, all convenience fees are paid by the tenants, making it completely free for landlord and real estate agent users like you!

“This new feature will provide a much needed service for a safe and time saving method of collecting money. The renter will no longer have to write and deliver a check. We are excited to roll out such a fantastic enhancement which benefits everyone.”

-Sabrina Bower, President of ApplyConnect®

Online rental payment capabilities are expected to roll out this month, joining our recent enhancement to our app (available now on iTunes). Stay tuned for more information!
