Landlords and Agents Will Soon Have Option to Pay for the ApplyConnect® Credit Report

SHARE:

Thanks to great feedback from users like you, ApplyConnect® landlords and real estate agents will soon have the option to pay for the applicant’s background screening report!   This new feature is perfect for low income and senior housing rentals.

While the cost of our tenant screening report is currently handled by the applicant (at no cost to you) this upcoming feature will enable you to take on the cost of the report on behalf of the applicant, if you so desire. As always, an ApplyConnect® report is $29.95 and includes the applicant’s full Experian® credit report with VantageScore®, a nationwide criminal and eviction background check, and a sex offender registry search.

Don’t worry – our additional features, like our online rental application, automated decision letters with legal notices, and unique property links, will continue to be free regardless if you opt to pay for the report or not.

We can’t wait to roll out this new feature in the next coming months and appreciate all the good feedback coming our way (keep it coming in the comment section). In the meantime, take advantage of our newly released online rental payment system through our partnership with Payrent.com! If you haven’t signed up for our consumer-initiated tenant screening solution, visit https://www.applyconnect.com/ and join today.
