Don’t use shortcuts for your text.

While using acronyms like ‘Thx’ (thanks) or ‘Pls’ (please) is convenient, there’s potential for miscommunication. Use full sentences with proper grammar when texting applicants and tenants alike. Emoticons: good or bad?
