Thanks to the amazing feedback received through the ApplyConnect contact page, the site has been updated to make approving tenants faster than ever before.  As soon as an applicant purchases their report it will be available for landlords, real estate agents and property managers to view on their dashboard.

The update modifies the previous process which required applicants to manually select a button for the report to be shared between both parties.  A common complaint with this process is the frequency with which applicants forgot to share the report, and it would delay the review process to fill a vacancy.  With industry leading security and technology in place, ApplyConnect has been able to streamline this process in order to better support our clients. Several steps have now been removed so as soon as the renter purchases their report it will be available within seconds for all parties involved to view.

Since launching in October of 2013 the ApplyConnect team has been gathering and listening to a lot of feedback from our users.  Our goal is to put these comments to work for you, and offer the nation’s most comprehensive and easy to use tenant screening.  So far in 2015 we have enhanced the nationwide criminal report as well as our nationwide eviction database to provide the most current information available.  An app for Apple iOS devices was also launched in an effort to make tenant screening available wherever our clients may need it.
