Eviction Suspensions

Eviction proceedings are suspended or the municipal’s sheriff’s office are not executing evictions or foreclosures.

Eviction Bans

A sweeping ban on all evictions being filed for a specified or unspecified period of time.

Eviction Bans (rent)

A ban on evictions specifically related to non-payment of rent.

Eviction Bans (virus)

A ban on evictions specifically due to non-payment of rent as a direct result of the COVID-19 safety measures.
