If you have been turned down for a rental based on a credit report provided by a company other than ApplyConnect, you can get a copy of your own credit report, free of charge, by calling (877) 322-8228 or by clicking www.annualcreditreport.com

I was denied because of an ApplyConnect report . . .

If you have been turned down for a rental based on a credit report, criminal or eviction report provided by ApplyConnect, use any of the methods below to contact our Consumer Relations Department for more information. DO NOT email (in part or whole) a credit report and/or rental application.

You may contact ApplyConnect through any of the following ways:

To protect your consumer rights, we need information from you verifying your identity before we can process your request. Please either fax or mail us a letter with:
  1. Your Full Name
  2. Current Address
  3. Previous Address
  4. Phone Number
  5. Social Security Number
  6. Date of Birth
  7. Clear Copy of your Driver’s License or Other Form of State Issued I.D.
    Please Lighten and Enlarge the Identification Copy Before it is Sent so it is Legible
  8. Explanation of your Inquiry or Dispute
