This is a good start to an online application, However, your application does not have all the information I’m looking for and has other information that is not relevant. As a landlord and not located in CA I would like to customize my application for my area, my requirements. Having this app with the ability to check or uncheck a box that would include or not include the questions/field in the application would be much more flexible. Also the ability to add custom questions would also be helpful.
